Marado Island

For Christmas in 2024 my sister got me several watercolor pans from an Etsy store called Kimbrandt Honey-Based Watercolors. The colors were different than anything I’d painted with before, so that very night I decided to just set out and paint an entire map in a sitting, start to finish.

My sister studied abroad in South Korea so I looked for little South Korean islands and Marado Island was cute and the southernmost one.
